Meet CONNIE
Connie Kincaide brings a lifetime of advocacy, professional experience, and community leadership to her work as County Supervisor for District 16. With a background spanning public schools, nonprofits, financial institutions, small businesses, and disability advocacy, Connie is committed to building accessible systems, supporting families, and delivering responsive County services that work for everyone.
As a County Supervisor, Connie served in the Wisconsin Counties Association’s County Ambassador Program, where she advocated directly with state lawmakers on county priorities, including funding and policy issues. As members of the Cedarburg Chamber of Commerce, her family works hard to give back to the community they love!

CONNIE’S Priorities
ACCESSIBILITY
In the years to come, additional services for residents as they age, and for those with disabilities, may need further investment. Access to support services will always be of the utmost importance.
MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES
Connie has worked to reduce the stigma too often associated with mental illness. She currently serves on the Health and Human Services Committee, the Joint Washington–Ozaukee Board of Health, and the Marsh Country Health Alliance.
Connie supports the smart and responsible allocation of public dollars to benefit residents and families experiencing crisis, and the development of programs that directly meet community needs.
PUBLIC SAFETY
As a graduate of the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Department Citizens Training Academy, Connie believes in transparent decision-making, strong citizen involvement, and education initiatives. She supports collaborative efforts between the County and local municipalities to ensure Ozaukee County remains a safe place to live, work, play, and call home.
